Texas Holdem Poker Table

Finding the right texas holdem poker table is very important. Poker night just isn’t poker night unless you’ve got an actual poker table! You don’t want to be the schmuck who uses a regular table when his buddies all have real poker tables. Don’t worry, you’ve come to the right place because in this website I’ll show you how to find the best table at lowest price that will make you think you’re back at Vegas.

When it comes to picking a good poker table you basically have two or three options, and within those options you have two or three other options… don’t worry I’ll explain as I go along. You can either have a folding poker table top that you put on top of a regular table, or you can have an actual table that is designed only for poker.

Of course then you have more options like I said. If you buy a poker table then you can have one that folds up for easy storage, you can have one that’s permanent (ie doesn’t fold), you can have one with cup holders built in, and you can have one that seats four and one that seats eight, twelve, or even sixteen… the choices are nearly unlimited, and I’ll discuss them all within this website.

Folding Table Top, Or Folding Table? okay so let’s get right down to it. The first thing you’ve got to ask yourself is whether or not you want just a folding tabletop or an actual table. This is gonna depend on several different things. The first thing is money. How much are you willing to spend?

You can find a decent folding tabletop for between $40 and $80 just about anywhere. What most people are surprised at is that you can find an actual poker table with folding legs and cup holders for as low as $129 up to $200 pending on the sturdiness and the size. If you play a lot of poker, these tables are well worth the expense in my opinion. Heck, these tables pay for themselves with just one or two nights of winnings! Of course, if you don’t win often then that doesn’t apply to you.

Of course, fancy tables with wooden legs and really solid surfaces can run much more expensive than what I just suggested. You can easily drop $500, all the way up to two or $3,000 depending on the table and how much you’re willing to spend, and how nice you want it to look. For a weekly game with your friends in the basement these tables are definitely overkill. There’s no reason to spend $2,000 on a poker table when you can get by with a really nice one for $150 or even $60 bucks for a foldout tabletop. I’m just letting you know what options are available!

Where To Buy Them? Many guys want to run out to a gaming store or a store that sells pool tables and things like that to find their poker table but that may not be the best thing to do. What you really want to do is shop around at stores like that to find a table that you like so that you know how big it is and how sturdy it is, then you want to go home and do a search for that specific make or model online. You can often find tables at closeout prices from poker shops on the Internet and pay sometimes as little as half as much as you would at an actual store.

This is because those stores have lots of overhead and have to pass that price onto you. Internet stores don’t have that kind of overhead they can simply pass your order along to the warehouse and have it shipped directly to you and therefore they can sell the table much cheaper than a regular store could. So keep that in mind when you’re looking for your table.
